Flamengo draws with Real Heips in the Copa Femenina U20 de Rio

On Saturday afternoon (11), in a match played in CT das Vargens, Flamengo did a good job and drew 1-1 with Real Heips, in the Copa Río Femenina U20. With this result, Mais Querido, who scored with Ana Papel in the first half, reached 7 points and only depends on himself winning the competition the next weekend. 

The game

The first minutes of the match were very irregular, with few chances of goals. In the 17th minute, Ana Papel starred in a good solo play, shooting from the field and beating Vitoria. The wind allowed Filipe Torres' team to neutralize the game in the center of the field and dominate the party until rest, without generating many more opportunities.

In the second half, the situation remained the same. The first good opportunity came after the hydration break —at 30 minutes— thanks to Jamile. The latter received Dudinha's balloon, overcame the defense and shot at an angle. Shortly afterwards, Mirella caught and Jamile was knocked down before being able to shoot. In the final stretch, the party equalized and Real Heips equalized in the 43rd minute. Flamengo's defense failed to intercept a long pass and Ana Rita beat Sarah Alvim: 1-1. The next time he played, Raika starred in the ball at the post, but then he missed the end. The result keeps the team at the top of the competition and a simple victory guarantees the title.
