Before heading to Peru, FlaBasquete trains in Rio

Team travels to International Tournament in the city of Arequipa this Thursday (15)

On the morning of this Wednesday (14), FlaBasquete held its last training session before embarking for Peru, for the disputes of I Arequipa International Tournament. The team led by José Neto began practice at the Georgette Vidor Strength Center, under the supervision of physical trainers Diego Falcão and Rafael Bernardelli, and then went to the Hélio Maurício Gymnasium, where they completed the morning with ball activities on the court. The squad travels to Arequipa, Peru, in the early hours of Thursday (15).
