With four wins in its last four games, Flamengo is enjoying a special moment in the competition. Responsible for the team's tactical organization and the balance between offense and defense, coach José Neto analyzed the Mais Querido's current form in the Novo Basquete Brasil and the strength of its fans.

"One thing we've been working on is this. Whether we win or not depends on the game. We'll always respect our opponent. A lot needs to improve, we're evolving and working towards that. At home, it's even better, with the support of the fans, who are with us. We can be ahead or behind, and we always listen to the fans, and that gives us more strength," said the coach.

Regarding the sequence of matches in a short space of time, Neto highlighted the coaching staff's planning for the excellent result.

"When the schedule came out, we prepared for this, for this marathon. It's the work done by our physical trainers, physiotherapists, and doctors, which gives us the conditions to play like this. Today, even against a team that plays at a high level of intensity, we were able to hold on, even at the end of the match. All of this just shows that what we've been doing is paying off."

Finally, the coach spoke about FlaBasquete's next match, on Sunday against Basquete Cearense.

"We'll be playing in Fortaleza against a very dangerous opponent, a strong and dominant opponent at home. We'll be prepared for the schedule and the challenges they'll pose during the match," Neto added.
