Current two-time champion, Marcelinho participates in the NBB 3-Point Tournament
Eight athletes will compete to see who is the best at shooting from outside the perimeter; the party will be in Mogi

Defending his two-time championship, Marcelinho Machado will be one of the contenders for the 3-Point Tournament trophy of the New Basketball Brazil (NBB). The captain of the red-and-black team will compete against seven other athletes—among them his brother Duda Machado—in the challenge that is part of the All-Star Game, which takes place on March 19 and 20 in Mogi das Cruzes, São Paulo, at the Hugo Ramos Gymnasium.
In addition to the Machado brothers, Shamell (Mogi), Hettshimeir (Bauru), Lucas Dias (Pinheiros), Pedro (São José), Neto (LSB) and Sosa (Minas) are also in the running.
In addition to the 3-Point Tournament and the Skills Challenge, with Marcelinho and Rafa Luz respectively, the All-Star Game will feature a clash between the NBB Brazil and NBB World teams - With five Flamengo players nominated: vote here! - and the Slam Dunk Contest. The match will be on Saturday at 18:30 PM (Brasilia time), with live broadcast on SporTV. The following day, the individual challenges will take place at 10 AM, broadcast within the Esporte Espetacular program on TV Globo.
Tickets are now on sale and the first batch will be sold online, on the website www.totalticket.com.br, the company responsible for selling tickets for Mogi matches.
