Last Saturday (02.06), the Rubro-negro youth, children's and children's basketball teams faced Clube Municipal, in the penultimate round of the State Championship in their respective categories and once again, they won their games. 

The under-13 team defeated their opponents 54-41 and remains in the competition with only one loss. The top scorer of the match was Rubro-negro Luis Botelho, with 21 points. In the last match of the round, Flamengo faces Fluminense, on Saturday (16.06), at 11 am, in Gávea.

In the children's category (under-15), Flamengo won 70 to 62. The highlights for the Gávea team were Felipe Novelino and Douglas Nascimento tied with 15 points. With this result, Fla remains undefeated in the competition and faces Fluminense also in the last round of the first half, on Saturday (16.06), at 12:30 pm, at home.

The under-17 team crushed Municipal 96-37 and remains undefeated in the State Championship. Fla's top scorer was Junio ​​Duval, with 23 points. The under-17 team will also return to the court on Saturday (16.06), against Club Municipal, at 14 pm.

The youth team (under-19) defeated Botafogo last Wednesday (30.05), by 59 to 42 and remains in the competition with only one defeat. In the next match the team takes to the court against Tijuca Tênis Club, on Friday (08.06), at 20 pm, away from home.
