Last weekend, Flamengo's youth, children's and junior basketball teams faced Jequiá in the State Championship for their respective categories and won their games.

The under-13 team defeated their opponents 54-35 and remains in the competition with only one loss and four wins. The top scorer of the match was Rubro-negro Michel Nascimento, with 15 points. The next match will be against Club Municipal, on Saturday (02.06), at 11 am, in Gávea.

In the children's category (under-15), Flamengo won 64 to 47. The highlight for the Gávea team was Felipe Novelino, with 16 points. With this result, Fla remains undefeated in the competition, with five victories and also faces Club Municipal in the next round, on Saturday (02.06), at 12:30 pm, at home.

The under-17 team won 93-46 and remains undefeated in the State Championship, with six wins. Fla's top scorer was Gabriel Maselani, with 20 points. The under-17 team will also return to the court on Saturday (02.06), against Club Municipal, at 14 pm.

This Wednesday (30.05), Flamengo's under-14 and under-19 teams face Botafogo, also in the State Championship, away from home, at 18:30 pm and 20 pm.
