Basketball base returns to play for the State
U-13 and U-15 beat their respective Vasco teams

Last weekend (April 30.04th and May 01.05st), the FlaBasquete youth team returned to the court for the State Championship. The under-13, under-15 and under-17 teams faced their respective Vasco da Gama teams at home.
The under-13 and under-15 boys prevailed against Cruzmaltinos. The under-13s won their game 41-33 and the under-15s 52-51. The under-17s failed to beat their opponents and lost by just three points, finishing 54-57.
The basketball teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – CSN (Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional), Banco Bonsucesso and Brasil Brokers – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR), in addition to support from the Brazilian Confederation of Clubs (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law.
