The red-and-black basketball academy will be in action this Saturday (May 14.05) against Jequiá FC in the State Championship. The match begins with the youth team at 11 a.m. Then, at 12:30 p.m., it will be the children's team's turn to take the court, and at 14 p.m., the junior team plays its last game of the day. All matches will be played at the Hélio Maurício Gymnasium in Gávea.

The under-19 and under-14 teams continue to advance in the competition. Last Wednesday (May 12.05), both defeated Botafogo at their opponent's home ground, with a tight score of 67-66 and 66-65, respectively. The next matches will be on May 18.05: the first game, for the under-14 team, is scheduled for 18:30 p.m. The under-19 team takes the court right after, at 20 p.m.
