Flamengo's men's basketball team continues its preparations for the start of the 10/11 season. The red-black quintet trained this morning at Marina Barra Clube, in Barra da Tijuca, where they carried out physical training under the command of trainer Rafael Bernardelli and then went to the court under the guidance of coach Paulo Chupeta and his assistant João Batista, for technical training with the ball.

\ The first objective of the red-black team is the 2010 State Championship. \ Flamengo is fighting for its sixth championship against five other teams (Tijuca, \ Macaé Sports, Cabo Frio, Iguaçu and Riachuelo) and has its debut scheduled \ for September 24 against Iguaçu.
\
The semifinals are scheduled for November 22nd to 30th and the finals for December 01st to 10th. The complete table for the first and second rounds is below.
