Flamengo's under-15 basketball team debuts this Tuesday
Rubro-negro will compete in the Youth Copa América in Asunción, Paraguay

Flamengo's under-15 basketball team is already in Asunción, Paraguay, to compete in the 1st Under-15 Men's Youth Cup. The red-blacks will debut this Tuesday (27.07), against Siglos 21, from Argentina, at 17:30 pm, and hope to bring the strength of the fans onto the court.
The youth academy players were captivated by Flamengo's strength during their trip to the Paraguayan capital. Constantly asked for autographs and photos, the young Flamengo stars were thrilled with the fans' outpouring.
"Flamengo's strength is also present at the youth level. The outpouring of affection for our sacred mantle has been impressive. Everywhere we've been, there have always been people wanting to take photos with our athletes. From the Galeão stadium, through Curitiba, to our arrival in Asunción. We hope this strength will fuel our team's achievements," said Flávio dos Santos, director of the Flamengo youth basketball team.
On Wednesday (July 28.07), at 19 p.m., Flamengo will play again, this time against Obertá, from Argentina. On Thursday (July 29.07), at 17:30 p.m., the Rubro-negro will face the Chilean team Colégio Unidos. In the last two rounds, on the 30th and 31st, respectively, the rivals will be the home team, San Jose and Sol da America.
