The Brazilian basketball team was defeated by Argentina 82-68 in the final of the 4 Nations Tournament, held at the Tecnópolis Stadium in Buenos Aires. The national team, which included José Neto and Diego Falcão on the coaching staff and Rafael Luz, JP Batista, Olivinha and Marquinhos on the court, reached the final after beating Mexico 72-59.

In the 2015 season, the team won the gold medal at the Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada, and the Super Desafio BRA, in Brasília, and continues its preparation for the Copa América.

The Brazilian National Team returns to training next Tuesday (18/08), at 10 am Brasília time, at the Esporte Clube Sírio Gymnasium, in São Paulo. After the 4 Nations Tournament, Brazil will compete in the Tuto Marchand Cup, in San Juan (23 to 27 August); and the Copa América – Pre-Olympic in Mexico (31 August to 12 September).
