On the court, Túlio da Silva penetrated the paint and dunked just the way he likes it. The God of Race, Olivinha, received an open ball and also converted for three points. Robinson barely entered the court and received a beautiful assist from Balbi to add two more. He was also fouled and converted the bonus free throw. With a great performance, the Pride of the Nation ended the quarter with a healthy lead: 31-20.

In an excellent attacking triangulation, Túlio received an open ball and scored Mengão's first three points of the second quarter. At the start of the third quarter, Túlio da Silva continued to shine, scoring six straight points. Faverani, inside the paint, turned and scored two more for Mengão. Next, the red-and-black "youngster" converted another three-pointer. With a 27-point lead, Mengão closed the quarter at 77-50.
