Already qualified for the playoffs of the Basketball Champions League Americas, FlaBasquete took no notice of Macabi Hebraica and won by the centennial score of 111 to 76 on Saturday night (11), in La Bombonerita. Leader of Group C, the Pride of the Nation will face the Argentine team of Obras Sanitarias in the quarterfinals of the South American competition.

The game
Mengão's first three points of the match came from Kayo Gonçalves. Devon Scott and Gui Deodato then each hit a shot, adding four more points for Flamengo. The game started very well, with Flamengo opening up a ten-point lead. Didi stood out with two three-pointers. Olivinha provided a great assist to Felipe Motta, who scored two more points on a layup. Another player who was performing well on three-pointers was Kayo Gonçalves, hitting his fifth successful shot and cementing his place as the game's leading scorer with 23 points. With a top-notch performance, FlaBasquete reached its centennial in Argentina and won the final match of the BCLA first phase 111-76.
