Seriously, Fla faces the NBB's bottom team
For Olivinha and Gegê, the red-black team should not change the way it plays against Espírito Santo.

Next Monday (January 27.01th), at 20 p.m., Flamengo will face Espírito Santo at Tijuca Tênis Clube in the 26th round of the New Basketball Brazil (NBB). It will be a clash between the competition's leader, the "Mais Querido," and the last-place team. For point guard Gegê, the gap between the two teams in the standings doesn't affect the way José Neto's squad plays.
"I don't think it changes anything. Playing at home, there's a responsibility to get another win, regardless of the opponent. Our goal is to be champion, and so we can't play with the opponent in mind. We must always think about winning, respecting whoever is on the other side of the court," he said.
Flamengo power forward Olivinha agrees with Gegê. "We can't think we'll win the match at any moment. We must go into the game with the same focus and determination as always. It doesn't matter if we're bottom or first, we'll go in to win, as we always do," he said.
After facing Espírito Santo, Flamengo will play three more home games. Their opponents will be Palmeiras, Pinheiros, and Minas. Gegê is already excited about these matches at Tijuca Tênis Clube.
"The fans can expect a lot of determination. We're fulfilling our objective of keeping Flamengo in the lead. Playing at home is great because we have the fans nearby. Even in the last four matches, which were away from home, our fans showed up. These next four games will be great celebrations, and we'll give our all to come away with all the wins," he stated.
