With a three-point show, FlaBasquete defeats São Paulo by 93 to 74

Flamengo took no notice of São Paulo, on Saturday afternoon (27), and defeated São Paulo, at Ginásio Antonio Prado Jr, by 93 to 74, and remains in the lead of the NBB. 

The first quarter saw a high-tempo Mengão game. Three-pointers fueled the team's scoring. Marquinhos led the team with 1 points, leading 12-25.

In the 2nd quarter, Flamengo traded points with São Paulo, and accurate shots from outside the box helped the Pride of the Nation maintain its lead over the São Paulo club at 46 to 33. 

The 3rd Period was a time of lower scoring for both teams, but Flamengo maintained its advantage and continued to dominate the scoreboard, 62 to 49. 

The fourth quarter was the showtime for the foreign duo Lucas Martinez and Chuzito. The "gringos" led FlaBasquete with six points each, in another great victory, Flamengo 4-93.  

Flamengo's next challenge will be against Franca, Tuesday (02), at 20 pm, at the Antonio Prado Jr. Gymnasium.
