the opponent
Vasco currently sits third in the standings with two wins and two losses in four games. The team is coming off an 82-58 victory over Niterói.

In the first round, Flamengo beat the opposing team 93 to 69 at Tijuca Tênis Clube.

Hey, David!
"The match will be very tough, without a doubt. It doesn't matter what we did in the second half or how we played. Vasco will have a new lease of life, new ideas. It's up to us to go into the game with the same energy and focus on what we have to do to avoid being surprised in any way. We have to do what we're used to. We know the importance of a classic and we have to respect it. It's about total focus, concentration, and taking it as seriously as possible," said the number 5.

Dispute format
The tournament will be played in two-legged matches, with all teams facing each other at home and away. The semifinals will then be a best-of-three series, with the first-place team facing the fourth-place team and the second-place team facing the third-place team. The final begins on September 25th and will also be played over a maximum of three matches.
