FlaBasquete's training session this Wednesday (3) had special visitors. The main store owners and managers of the Mais Querido's official stores were able to see up close the first activity led by Gustavo De Conti at the Amway Center.

"We chose the top managers and salespeople from the official stores in 2018 for this trip. It's something that has everything to do with Flamengo, so we're here today to check out the gym, watch the training, and we'll be at the match too. We'll also take the opportunity to explore Orlando over the next five days," explained Marcelo Plaisant, master franchisee of the Espaço Rubro-Negro and Nação Rubro-Negra stores.

Those chosen for the Orlando trip were the top-selling companies, driven by customer service and fan membership plan sales. The employees' trip was entirely funded by revenue generated by the partnership between the franchisees, who teamed up to generate marketing funds for salespeople. Adidas, Braziline, and other franchisees were also present.

"It's a great pleasure to be able to bring you to experience firsthand where Flamengo has come from. Look at the place we're at; it gives me goosebumps. If you look back a few years, it was unimaginable to see the club playing in the NBA's home. In January, there's also the Florida Cup, which will also have a rush in stores to bring in the best sellers of the year-end.
