In the last game played, on the 21st, Mengão defeated Fortaleza 91-74 at Maracanãzinho. It was the 11th victory for the Rubro-Negro, who currently sits second in the standings, in 13 matches in the competition. 

Flamengo is already guaranteed a spot in the Super 8 Cup, a competition that brings together the eight best teams in the NBB and which takes place from January 15th.
