In a basketball game in Tijuca, Flamengo defeats Paulistano and maintains a good streak

Flaming. This was the best word to define the clash between Flamengo and Paulistano this Friday (1), at Tijuca Tênis Clube. With a heated atmosphere from the beginning, Rubro-Negro managed a great comeback and came away with a 95-87 victory.
It was a very difficult match from the first quarter onwards. After a poor start, Flamengo saw Paulistano take the lead, but managed to equalize with some good saves from Gustavo De Conti. At the end of the game clock, the score was 29-23 for Flamengo. However, the second quarter was more even, and Flamengo grew, fighting point after point for the lead. At halftime, the score was 44-42 for Flamengo.
Equally difficult and heated, the game continued to be incredibly tough at Tijuca Tênis Clube. Between great plays and a fierce rivalry, the teams couldn't pull away, and every basket counted. With the score at 65-64 at the end of the clock, Flamengo knew it needed to come out on top in the final period.
And it was. A battle like the classic deserves. With every basket from the red-and-black team, cheers erupted throughout the gym. With every mistake from Paulistano, a wave of renewed desire grew. And so the Mais Querido played. Fighting hard, but without losing focus. Grit, love, and passion. A 95-87 victory, and the winning streak continued.
