The match's standout player and top scorer, with 21 points, Marquinhos analyzed the match and praised the team's progress.

"This was a very important victory for our team. Today we showed that we are improving more and more, with a better understanding. We know this is a very difficult competition and Flamengo will always fight for the title. Bauru is a great team, but today our team was better and we took another step towards our ultimate goal. It's very important that we leave here with this victory," said the winger.

Olivinha achieved another double-double in the championship, scoring 11 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Henrique Pilar, in turn, was instrumental in crucial moments of the match, scoring 7 points and grabbing 3 rebounds. The power forward also commented on the match.

"Today, when we stepped onto the court, our team showed greater cohesion and we managed to maintain a good energy as a team, accomplishing everything we were asked to do. I'm very happy because I love playing basketball and seeing the gym full motivates me even more. This was a very important result for Flamengo and I'm very happy to be able to help the team," said the number 5.

Now, Rubro-Negro has another challenge ahead. Next Saturday (23), Fla Basquete faces Franca, away from home, at 14 pm. The match will be broadcast live on Band, in addition to real time on the Flamengo Team Twitter.
