Flamengo defeated Franca, this Tuesday (02), by 94 to 91, at Ginásio Antonio Prado Jr. and reached its 9th consecutive victory in the NBB.
The first period was fiercely contested, with both teams scoring low. Flamengo's main offensive weapon was three-pointers, while Franca relied on counterattacks to score. The first half ended with Franca ahead: Franca 1-23.
The second quarter saw Marquinhos lead the scoring with three-pointers, leaving the second quarter with 2 points. Afterward, the strong defensive performance was evident throughout the match. The Pride of the Nation finished ahead, Franca 11-38 over Flamengo.
