Flamengo once again demonstrated its full power, crushing Liga Sorocabana this Thursday at the Tijuca gymnasium in the 27th round of the NBB. With a resounding 102-64 victory, Flamengo remains top of the competition. The standout performers of the match were Marquinhos and Olivinha, who topped the team's scoring charts with 22 and 21 points, respectively. This is the 24th victory for coach Neto's team in 26 games.

"The whole group deserves congratulations on this victory. We managed to set a very strong pace in the match and managed the result until the end," commented Marquinhos.

With the support of their fans, Flamengo had no trouble stopping Liga Sorocabana's attack and scoring shots. The technical and tactical difference in Thursday's match was so great that the first quarter ended with Mengão up 9 points.
