Flamengo hosts Tijuca Tênis Clube this Monday (26.09), at 19 pm, for the second round of the return leg of the State Championship. Tijuca is the Rubro-negro's biggest rival in the State Championship and the only Rio team to compete in the NBB alongside Flamengo.
The red-and-black team defeated Tijuca 74-47 away from home and aims to repeat the feat at Gávea. The chances of a bigger score increase, as Marcelinho, Kammerichs, and Caio Torres are the season's biggest names, along with American David Jackson, and are expected to take the court. With a victory, Flamengo remains undefeated in the state championship.
