Flamengo's under-14 basketball team achieved another victory in the State Championship of the category, this Wednesday (18.07), against Tijuca Tênis Clube, by 56 to 40. The top scorer of the match was the red-black Francesco Martine, with 15 points. With this victory, the team remains undefeated in the competition.

The red-blacks return to the court against Fluminense, on Wednesday (01.08), at 18:30 pm, at the opponent's home.

The youth team (under-19) was not so lucky and suffered its first defeat in the competition, also against Tijuca, by 72 to 82. The top scorer for Flamengo was Gabriel Andrade, with 30 points. The team's next game will be against Macaé, on Friday (27.07), at 19 pm, in Gávea.
