Flamengo's basketball stars and coach Gonzalo Garcia will help select the new talents for the red-and-black courts. Players and coaching staff will be present at the 2nd National Basketball Tryout for athletes born between 1994 and 1998, which will be held from Monday (January 16) to Wednesday (January 18) at the Hélio Maurício Gymnasium in Gávea.

The tryout will feature athletes from across the country. The selection will be made by the adult team coach, Gonzalo Garcia, and his assistant coach, João Batista; the youth team coordinator and U-21 coach, Paulo Chupeta; and the youth team coaches. The adult team players, in addition to helping with the selection, will interact with the prospective athletes.
