This Wednesday (December 11.12th), Flamengo's under-19 basketball team will take to the court against Macaé for the first game of the State Championship finals in the category. The match will be at the Hélio Maurício gymnasium, at the Gávea social headquarters, at 19:30 pm. The team's coach, Paulo Chupeta, anticipates a tough match, but is optimistic.

"It's a final. A very complicated game, but we hope to play well and get the victory. It will be a difficult game, they will want to decide it at home and not need a third match, but we are qualified to play the final, so the expectation is the best possible," he declared.

The second game of the finals is scheduled for the 13th, next Friday, in Macaé, at 19 pm. If necessary, there will be a third game on the 17th, at the Gávea social headquarters, at 19:30 pm.
