Fla debuts in the South American League on the 28th against Malvin, from Uruguay

In Group B of the South American League, Flamengo makes its debut on October 28.10th against Malvin of Uruguay at 18:30 pm (Brasília time). Flamengo's group also includes Inacap of Chile and Quimsa of Argentina.

Group A is made up of Franca, Boca Juniors, Mavort and Sporting, and Group C features Cúcuta, Libertad Sunshales, Tiburones and Brasília.

The top two teams in each group will qualify for the final hexagonal in December (the location of which has not yet been determined). Flamengo is seeking its second consecutive title in the competition. The team won the title in 2009 but was eliminated in the first round of the tournament in the 2009/2010 season.
