Fla debuts in the first phase of the South American League against a team from Ecuador
Rubro-Negro faces UTE on November 03.11rd, seeking their second championship title
By Media Relations - inFlamengo will debut in the first phase of the South American Basketball League against UTE, from Ecuador, on November 03.11, at 20:30 pm (Brasília time). The team heads to Córdoba, Argentina, next Tuesday (November 01.11). Initially, the quadrangular was to be played in Santiago, Chile, but, for organizational reasons, it was moved to the Argentine city.
\Flamengo will also face Boston College of Chile on the 04th at 20:30 p.m. (Brasília time) and the hosts Atenas on the 05th at 22:30 p.m. (Brasília time). Two teams from each of the three groups will qualify for the final hexagonal.
\Flamengo will have all its stars in the competition, including winger and team captain Marcelinho, who is with the Brazilian national team at the Pan American Games in Mexico. The player will travel from Guadalajara directly to Córdoba. NBA star Leandrinho is also confirmed for the team. The 2009 champion, Flamengo, is seeking its second South American League title.
