After a historic victory in the first game, Flamengo faces another challenge in the NBB quarterfinals. The team will face Uberlândia this Tuesday (May 1st) at 01.05 pm, at the Tijuca Tênis Clube gymnasium, in the second game of the best-of-five series. In their debut, last Saturday (April 17th), Flamengo prevailed at their opponent's home: 110 x 108, after two overtimes, taking a 28.04-0 lead in the series.
Since Flamengo finished the qualifying phase in fourth place, they have home court advantage. The third game will be on Friday (May 04.05th) at 19 pm, also at Tijuca. If necessary, the fourth game will be played on May 08.05th in Uberlândia, and the fifth on May 11.05th in Rio.
For Flamengo fans, the victory in the first match is already a thing of the past.
"We can't think we're in a comfortable situation. It was a very tough match and the series promises high-level games. So, we have to forget what happened and focus on the next game. Our only advantage will be playing at home," said captain Marcelinho.
Tickets for the match cost R$ 20. Fans wearing a Flamengo jersey pay half price (R$ 10).
