Flamengo has won four consecutive matches in the championship against Campo Mourão, Caxias do Sul, Joinville and Minas Gerais and is looking to continue its good form. In its last victory, against the Minas Gerais team, Flamengo won 83-76. Marquinhos, with 19 points, was the Mais Querido's top scorer, followed by Cubillan (14 points), Ronald Ramon (13 points), JP Batista (13 points) and Olivinha, who recorded a double-double (10 points and 10 rebounds).
