The team from the interior of São Paulo leads 2-1 and, with an advantage in the classification phase, returns to play the matches at home, at the Pedrocão gym. The Most Beloved began the final phase with two defeats, on May 28, in Franca, and on June 2, at Maracanãzinho. Needing to win to stay alive in the search for the eighth championship, the Pride of the Nation received the opponent once again, last Saturday (04), and, in front of about six thousand people, managed to win by 81 to 75. Olivinha was the top scorer of the match, with 27 points.

"We know that now, only victory matters. We put in a great performance in the last match, without any blackouts, and we came away with a very good victory, which gives us great confidence for game four," said the God of Race.

Three-time NBB champion, twice with Flamengo, coach Gustavo De Conti also spoke about the match.

"We can't keep thinking we have to win two games; we only have one. We have to think that we need to win this game, game four, to try to force a fifth. Of course, they're closer than us; they already have two, they have their home ground to defend now, but we have to try to get out of the rut and focus solely on game four. Think about what we need to do tactically and technically. We still have a lot to improve, and we'll focus on that to play well and try to come away with the win," commented the coach.

In FlaBasquete's victory home, the fifth and final game of the series will be played again in Franca, on Saturday, June 11th, at 16:10 pm.
