In group D, Franca (BRA), Obras (ARG) and Universidad de Concepción (CHI).

All clubs will host a group stage. The top two teams from each group advance to the quarterfinals, which will be played in a best-of-three format in March. The winners will qualify for the Final 4 stage, with semifinals, a bronze medal match, and a final in April.

Flamengo won the Champions League title in 2021, defeating Real Estelí in Nicaragua. In the previous edition, the Pride of the Nation took silver. In 2022, Flamengo reached the Final 8 but was defeated by Minas Gerais in the quarterfinals. Now, Gustavo De Conti's team aims to return to the top of the competition and secure their place in the Intercontinental Cup once again. FlaBasquete is a two-time world champion, having won in 2014, when they won the Liga das Américas, the previous version of the BCLA, and in February of this year.
