FlaBasquete won its second consecutive victory in the State Championship against Macaé. Playing at the opponent's home, the Mais Querido won 89 x 85, in the match this Wednesday (30.09). Marcelinho was the top scorer with 22 points.

Flamengo started the match on the road, winning the first quarter by one point. However, Macaé then asserted its home-court advantage and opened up a six-point lead with a 25-18 run against the Mais Querido. The Red-Blacks then turned the tables and closed the third quarter 61-58.
