FlaBasquete arrives in Uruguay and trains at Antel Arena

After arriving in Uruguay, on the night of last Wednesday (28), for the grand final of the Champions League, and carrying out Covid tests, FlaBasquete trained at Antel Arena, the venue for the game, this morning.

The 12 athletes related by Gustavo De Conti (Franco Balbi, Yago, Chuzito, Pedro Nunes, Jhonatan, Marquinhos, Rafael Rachel, Olivinha, Leo Demetrio, Hettsheimeir, Rafael Mineiro and Douglas Kurtz) participated in the activity, which lasted around two hours.

Right after training, Marquinhos, idol and champion of everything with the Sacred Mantle, stressed the importance of being focused during the forty minutes to achieve the long-awaited 'Retaking of the Americas'.

"In my career, I've played in countless unique games, and I always say that you win by jumping the ball. We have to show our opponents that we're focused and that they'll have a tough time against us. Tomorrow, the whole team needs to be on the same page, both offensively and defensively. We have a strong team, and we're going to go after the title," he said.

Flamengo and Quimsa face each other this Friday (30), at 20 pm. The match will be broadcast on DAZN.
