FlaBasquete faces Brasília in friendly matches at Gávea.

By Communication - Official Club Website - inIn full preparation mode for the eighth edition of the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB), which begins in November, FlaBasquete faces Brasília in friendly matches. The matches will take place this Sunday (October 04.10th) at 17 pm and on Monday (October 05.10th) at 19 pm, at the Hélio Maurício gymnasium in Gávea. To watch the match, simply contribute 1kg of non-perishable food. The coach of the Pride of the Nation, José Neto, highlighted the importance of the friendly for his team's preparation.
"Friendly matches are very important for the team to gain match rhythm, and it's even better when we face a quality opponent like Brasília, who are in good form and coming off a tournament in Argentina against great teams," he commented.
The FlaBasquete coach also spoke about his expectations for the game.
"It's going to be a tough game. We're not quite at our ideal rhythm yet. It's going to be Jason's first game (Robinson, a newly arrived reinforcement for the Most Beloved."I'm very comfortable with the team. I expect an excellent game," he concluded.
