FlaBasquete promotes action in partnership with Mesa Brasil for the victims of the rain in Baixada Fluminense
Fans entering Pride of the Nation games, Gate 7 of Maracanãzinho will be a collection point for donations of perishable food and water

The world's biggest fan base always makes a difference, whether in the stands or helping others. In light of the heavy rains that have left thousands of victims in Baixada Fluminense, Rio de Janeiro state, FlaBasquete, in partnership with Mesa Brasil, is calling on the nation to fill Maracanãzinho with red-and-black fans and supplies.
This week, starting Tuesday (23), from 10 am to 17 pm, fans can go to gate 7 of the gymnasium that hosts Flamengo's matches to donate non-perishable food items and mineral water. On the days that Flamengo plays at the venue – the 23rd, 25th and 28th – the collection time will extend until the end of the match. On Sunday, the collection will start a little later, at 12 pm.
