FlaBasquete took to the court on Monday night (13), in Panama, and beat Boca Juniors 96-61 in the second window of Group B of the Basketball Champions League Americas (BCLA). With today's victory, the Pride of the Nation guarantees early qualification for the next phase and goes through in first place again. Leader in all six editions of the BCLA.

The game started off fast-paced, with both teams scoring. FlaBasquete scored, and soon after, Boca Juniors tied the score. With four minutes remaining, the Pride of the Nation opened up a 4-27 lead, led by Alexey and Jordan Williams.

2st Bedroom

FlaBasquete started the second quarter the same way they ended the first. They increased their lead to 10 points and held on to that advantage, eventually doubling it. The Pride of the Nation maintained its dominance, closing the second quarter 57-35.

3st Bedroom

After halftime, the pace of play slowed, but FlaBasquete maintained its dominance without difficulty. Late in the quarter, Jordan and Jhonatan extended the lead to 30 points, and the half ended 77-47.

4st Bedroom

FlaBasquete took a comfortable lead into the final quarter, but didn't stop. Ruan Miranda came out swinging in this period, scoring 6 points in the first five minutes. With two minutes remaining, Jordan Williams delivered a stunning dunk, followed by one from Taya Gallizzi to seal the victory! FlaBasquete won: 96-61!

The Pride of the Nation returns to the court on Thursday (16), at 21 pm, to face Corinthians in São Paulo in another match valid for the NBB.
