In the duel between the state champions of Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo for the third consecutive victory... Flamengo won. The Most Beloved defeated São José, São Paulo champion, this Sunday (20.12) in the New Basketball Brazil and consolidated the good phase. With more than a third of the points scored in three-point shots, Flamengo won 94 to 77 (51 to 36) at Tijuca Tennis Club.

With the victory, FlaBasquete remains close behind Paulistano and Bauru, the leader and runner-up in the competition. The team returns to play this Tuesday (22.12), against Mogi, also in Tijuca.
