By Isabela Abirached - inFlaBasquete won another match in the State Championship, on Friday night (2). With the fourth consecutive victory, by 98 to 55, over Tijuca, the team arrives undefeated to the semifinal, this Saturday (3). The duel will be against Municipal, at 17:15 pm, at Maracanãzinho.
The game
The match against Tijuca started more evenly than previous matches in the tournament. Even so, the Rubro-Negro were far superior, with Rafael Mineiro and Franco Balbi standing out in the first half, and went into halftime with a 24-point lead (49 to 25).
In the third quarter, the opponent grew and even took the lead in the quarter, which ended tied (16-16). For Mais Querido, Leo Demetrio stood out, approaching a double-double with eight points and seven rebounds. In the final minutes, Gustavo De Conti took advantage of the opportunity to give the boys minutes, who did the job on the court and secured the victory by 98 to 55.
