"The team performed very well. After the first quarter, we managed to get our defense right and made the game easier for us. We always go out on the court respecting our opponents, and today was no different," said Marcelinho, the match's standout player. "I try to go out on the court and do my best; I give my all," he added.

Power forward Jefferson, who returned after recovering from a thigh injury and serving a suspension in the first game, also praised the team's performance and celebrated the good performance.
