In a closely contested match, the Pride of the Nation outplayed their opponent in the details. Accurate on the rebounds and decisive in crucial moments, Flamengo controlled the match and, despite moments of extreme balance, never saw their victory threatened.

With 22x17 in the first quarter, 15x17 in the second, 23x21 in the third and 16x10 in the fourth, José Neto's team closed the game 76x65. Marcelinho with 14 points was the team's top scorer, which also had Marquinhos with three assists and Meyinsse with 11 rebounds as highlights.
