Flamengo beats São José and wins the third consecutive LDB

With a calm start, Fla managed to control the match. In the opening minutes, Ruan led the way with 10 points, while Maciel grabbed 7 rebounds. Deep into the game, Fla continued to grow, closing the quarter with a 29-12 lead. Continuing this momentum, the second quarter was even more positive, especially defensively, and Fla went into halftime leading 56-23. Matheus Weber, Gabriel Andrade, and Rachel were the key players.
In the third quarter, São José still managed to score better in the partial (18 to 20), but still fell short of putting pressure on the scoreboard, which remained at 74 to 43. By rotating the team and testing more players, coach Rodrigo 'Galego' was able to observe the players in the squad more, which reciprocated on the court. In the end, victory by 84 to 54 and undefeated streak maintained in the LDB.
With the break in the round this Saturday, Rubro-Negro returns to the court on Sunday (28), at 13 pm, when they face Basquete Cearense at Tijuca Tênis Clube.
