The Pride of the Nation is back. In its debut in the 2015/2016 season, FlaBasquete defeated Botafogo in the State Championship, on the court of Tijuca Tênis Clube, 92 to 48. Besides starting the tournament with a victory, the team also needed a good result to solidify the celebration. for the first anniversary of winning the Basketball World Cup.
