After a poor start to the game, Flamengo fell behind. But Sergio Hernández's team fought back, tied the game in the second quarter, and traded the lead with Caxias until the end. With just a few minutes remaining, Caxias was leading by one possession, but saw their opponents rally and tie the round of 1 series at 1-XNUMX.

In the second quarter, Flamengo responded early on with their first attack, with Jhonatan Luz hitting a three-pointer that restored the team's confidence. Shortly after, Jordan Williams tied the game with a basket followed by a free throw. Taya Gallizzi came out on top and put Flamengo ahead for the first time with two consecutive baskets.
