Flamengo has concluded its participation in the Brazilian Under-13 Basketball Cup. After achieving a 100% record in the first stage, where it beat Mackenzie, Novo Hamburgo, and Circuito Militar, the Mais Querido failed to repeat its strong performances and finished sixth in the competition.

In the second round, Flamengo faced Tijuca Tênis Clube and lost 28-25. They then defeated Central 37-35 to secure a spot in the fifth-place match. In the tournament's final match, against Esperia from São Paulo, Flamengo fought back but ended up losing 41-29, finishing sixth.

The basketball teams of Clube de Regatas do Flamengo rely on resources from their sponsors – Estácio, AmBev, Rede D'or, IRB Brasil RE, CSN, Brasil Plural, EY – via the Federal Incentive Law/Ministry of Sports (IR) and State Incentive Law/State Secretariat of Sports, Leisure and Youth (Seelje) of Rio de Janeiro, in addition to support from the Brazilian Committee of Clubs (CBC) resulting from the decentralization of resources originating from the Pelé Law.
