Flamengo concluded its participation in the Brazilian Under-16 Basketball Cup. Facing home team Mackenzie, the "Crias da Gávea" team lost the third-place match by a score of 57-40. Previously, Flamengo had suffered a late defeat in the semifinals against São José Basketball, 57-55.
