On Saturday night (12), Flamengo entered the court to face Mogi das Cruzes to end its participation in the League of the Americas (LDA). Champion in 2014, Mais Querido was defeated 73 to 71 in a game played until the final seconds.

With its forces focused on the New Basketball Brazil (NBB), Rubro-Negro returns to Brazil to face Brasília in the Champions Classic next Wednesday (16), at 20 pm (Brasília time), at Tijuca Tênis Clube.

At the top of the NBB table, FlaBasquete continues with 23 wins in 19 games and is looking for its sixth consecutive victory against Brasília, who has not beaten Rubro-Negro since the last two seasons of the competition.

The Clube de Regatas do Flamengo adult basketball team relies on direct funding from its sponsors – SKY and Estácio – in addition to investments from Tim via the State Sports Incentive Law/State Secretariat for Sports, Leisure and Youth (ICMS).
