Flabasquete has, this Friday night (17.10), its last challenge for the 2014/2015 NBA preseason. The Pride of the Nation faces the Memphis Grizzlies, in Tennessee, at 21 pm, Brasília time.

The only Brazilian team playing this preseason in the United States enters the FedEXForum court, the home team's arena, also preparing for the final stage of the State Championship and for the defense of the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB) title, which begins on October 31st.

the opponent
The team was founded in 1995, in Canada, still under the name Vancouver Grizzlies, when in 2001 it migrated to the city of Memphis, Tennessee, where it plays its games to this day.

The franchise has never won an NBA title, but the Grizzlies have had great athletes on their roster, such as Pau Gasol, from the Spanish national team, which has given the club, to this day, a respected position in its Western Conference, always with good placements.
