The Flabasquete team left last Monday morning (17.11) for Belo Horizonte, where they will face the Minas team this Tuesday (19.11), at 20 pm, for the 4th round of the Novo Basquete Brasil (NBB). The Pride of the Nation will be looking for another victory to maintain their unbeaten record and return to the top of the championship.

After winning their first home match against the Franca team in a fiercely contested match, Flamengo travels to Arena Vivo to face Minas Gerais, who, in their three matches so far, have won one and lost two, with a 33,3% success rate. In the 2013/2014 NBB season, in which Flamengo were crowned champions, the Pride of the Nation won both matches against the Minas Gerais team, 90-59 and 84-66.

The match will mark Minas' first home game, and they're expected to have a large crowd cheering on their opponents. Despite this, the Flabasquete players are prepared and highly motivated to seek another victory. "We had a smooth trip, and we already trained here in Belo Horizonte last night. This Tuesday morning (November 18.11), we finalized the final details of our preparation. The team wants to leave here with a victory, but we know it won't be an easy match. They'll be playing their first match at home and will try to take a bite out of our team. They'll certainly do everything they can to defeat us. We're prepared and will be focused on leaving here with a 100% record," said Flamengo center Olivinha.
