Flamengo faces Cearense Basketball in Fortaleza

The red-black team, which is coming off a victory against UNIFACISA in Campina Grande, Paraíba, ends its tour of the northeast of the country tonight in search of its fifth victory in the competition.

"It's a very difficult game, especially because of the heat, as Flamengo will be another opponent in Fortaleza. We have to prepare very well physically and mentally. Any NBB game is important; there are no easy games. Regardless of Basquete Cearense's standings, we'll go out on the court giving our best because any detail can make a difference in the final result," says forward Jhonatan Luz.
Confrontation retrospective
The NBB clash between Flamengo and Basquete Cearense is favoring the Rubro-Negro da Gávea, with 12 wins overall. The last meeting between the teams took place in March 2019, a match that concluded last season's qualifying round. FlaBasquete dominated their opponent in Rio de Janeiro, finishing the match 100-82.
